Known Issues & Fixes

• My Projects
  • Clicking on an unassigned project toggles open and closes immediately
  • Number of hours logged against a job isn't displaying
  • General Error when approving new jobs (Project Managers only)
• View Job
  • Jobs listed in the project table don't display correctly
  • When signing off, 'add hours' field doesn't display and also requesting a quote.
  • General Error when add a new note.
• Reports
  • Marketing Officer is displaying as the designer for the job
  • Clicking on a job's name directs the user to a different View Job page template.
• Manage Project
  • General error when deleting a project
  • Deleting a job only temporarily hides the job.
  • Admin users aren't listed when reassigning Project Manager
• Team
  • Duplicate user profiles
  • Incorrect number of open jobs against designer
• Profile
  • Uploading a new profile image doesn't update in the header bar.

Feature Request

• My Projects
  • Add an assign button for unassigned projects (Admins only)
  • Only display Projects and Jobs that you are working on instead of the full team's projects
  • Add toggle buttons at the top of the page to show/hide the different tables (Unassigned Jobs, Unassigned Projects etc)
• View Job
  • Display the number of items in the following buttons: Edit, Notes and Document Store
  • Add options to reassign marketing officer and client
  • Crop the project image to display as full screen, landscape

  • Add new dropdown field to filter by Project Managers
• Manage Project
  • Add an assign button for unassigned projects (Admins only)
